The REMOTE Exhibition Kiosk project focuses on designing an intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly digital kiosk for a fictional remote art exhibition. Acting as a bridge between artists, visitors, and venues, the kiosk enables visitors to explore the exhibition, artist profiles, access technical and conceptual work details, check availability, make purchases, and leave feedback.
Each student creates their own exhibition theme and curates kiosk content, featuring three categories of art: Sculpture, Painting, and Digital Art, with three artists per category. Artists and artworks may be real or AI-generated. The kiosk design integrates a provided layout map, search and filtering features, and at least one assistive technology such as Read Aloud or Zoom.
